I recently had open-heart surgery. It was a successful triple bypass operation.
The surgery was in the morning, and I finally woke up about midnight that evening. As I awaken, I see on the clock it is 11:45 p.m., and the hypnagogic image was helping to deliver a baby. It was happening on the white line lit by the glow of the full moon on a deserted highway in the desert. The image was of my back as I was on my knees, catching the baby, obscuring the woman and the birthing from the viewer of the picture.. I went back to sleep after this image, and woke up again at 12:17 A.M., and the image was of a toddler in diapers walking, who turned to the right and slipped in a puddle of water, then
got back up again. That was it.
